added some basic SOCKS proxy support - untested.

removed check between download and total bytes (user knows best)
removed console, as this is a release, not a testing
delayed requesting - app doesn't connect 3 times in succesion, but adds a 300s delay after event=started. final 0.5 build will also include a few seconds delay between announce & event=stopped.
